Abstract
This Regulation defines all necessary provisions aimed to determine the concrete compensation (for individual or entity) for damages caused to fish stocks (also to fishing areas/ zones, and related to both risen and juvenile fish) on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the method determining the deployment of cash funds collected pursuant to this Regulation.
