Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on the manner of monitoring on air quality, and defining the kinds of polluting materials, limit values and other air quality standards.

This Regulation amends certain provisions and contents of the Regulation on the manner of monitoring on air quality, and defining the kinds of polluting materials, limit values and other air quality standards (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 1/2012 and already amended in the Gazette 50/2019).
Changes are regarding the added paragraph (3) to the provisions of article 10 (for measuring the concentrations of pollutants referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) of article 10, other methods may be used for which it can be proven that the results are equivalent to the results obtained by the reference methods referred to in Annexes V and VI); in article 20 (paragraph 1), after the words: "nitrogen dioxide", a comma is added and the words: "suspended particles"; also in the same article after paragraph (2), a new paragraph (3) is added, which reads "Depending on the level and nature of air pollution, and the possible measures available and the financial possibilities for their implementation in situations of exceptional pollution, the canton may prescribe stricter values for warning and alert thresholds."; also in Annex IX, which is printed with the Regulation and forms an integral part thereof, Part 2. Section A is amended; in Annex XIV, which is printed with the Regulation and forms an integral part thereof, the content of Annex 2 is now added And attached to this publication.
