Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on procedures and measures in cases of accidents on waters and coastal water land.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on procedures and measures in cases of accidents on waters and coastal water land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 71/2009).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 5 (setting interlink between operational plans for emergency pollution and Water Agency); also in article 8 the reference to incidental pollution caused on waters classified as category I waters is now cancelled (paragraph 1); in article 9 (setting references to individual measures in case of incidental pollution and methods of implementation), paragraph 3 is amended and paragraph 4 is now added; in article 10, paragraph 1 is amended (competent water inspector issues); in article 11 paragraphs 1 and 2 are deleted, previous paragraphs 3 and 4 are now numbered as paragraphs 1 and 2, and a new paragraph (now numbered as paragraph 3) is here added; in article 15 (setting issues and measures in cases of incidental pollution occurring on interstate waters within the borders Federation of BiH), point 8 is amended; in article 17 (setting issues and measures in case of incidental pollution occurring outside the borders of the Federation of BiH) paragraph 1 (point 4) is amended; and in article 19 (setting issues on the authorization of legal entities for the elimination of consequences of incidents) paragraph 2 is now deleted.
