Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on procedures and measures in cases of accidents on waters and coastal water land.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on procedures and measures in cases of accidents on waters and coastal water land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 71/2009 and already amended in the Gazette 102/2018).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 6 (concrete measures in cases of incidental pollution), article 7 (measures taken depend on the degree of threat to the water quality from the incident pollution), article 9 (operational planning), article 10 (provisions regarding competent water inspector and measures in the event of incidental pollution), title of Chapter III (see article 5 of this text for new title), numerical indications in article 14. This amending Regulation further cancels the provisions of article 15, 16, 17 and 18, among Annexes 1,2 and 3.
