Regulation amending the Regulation on conditions, manner of capturing and keeping game in a fenced area.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), determines the necessary conditions and indicates the manner of catching and keeping game in a fenced areas. The request for catching and keeping game in a fenced area, when required by the needs of science, teaching, zoos, museums and exports, is submitted by a company or other legal entity registered to perform that kind of activity. The user of hunting ground, in case when game present on non-hunting areas causes damage, can organize the capture of the same for the purpose of its transferring to proper hunting ground area.
