Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on food hygiene of animal origin (originally published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 1038/2012, and already amended in the Gazette 28/2014).
Changes are related to the contents of the Annex III, Section IX, Chapter I, Part I, paragraph (5), that is here amended as follows: “Raw milk and colostrum of all animals that not meet the requirements of paragraph (1) to (4) of this Part, and in particular animals with a positive reaction to prophylactic tests on tuberculosis and brucellosis, in accordance with special regulations, may not be used for human consumption”.
