Regulation amending the Regulation on the manner and conditions for establishing game farms.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the manner and conditions for establishing game farms (originally published in the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska 95/2016). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (definition of wildlife game farms), which now declares: “Game farm in a fenced area may be established by a legal entity registered in the Register of Business Entities that perform hunting activities; exceptionally from paragraph 1 of this article, for the purpose of promotion of game and hunting resources of the Republika Srpska, a breeding farm may also be established by a republic administrative body, a tourist organization and other entity; entities referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article are obliged to fulfill the conditions prescribed by this Regulation”.
