Regulation amending the Regulation on methods for control of honey and other bee products.

This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on methods for control of honey and other bee products (originally published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 37/2009).
Changes are related to the contents of article 3 in which after paragraph 1, a new paragraph (2) is added, as follows: “To determine the conformity of honey quality and other bee products with prescribed quality requirements, it is also recognized the use of all other internationally recognized accredited methods”. This text further amends several parts of the Annex (containing different technical indications, standards and chemical parameters).
Article 5 of this text states the compliance with European Union regulations as follows: compliance with the provisions of article 4, paragraph 1 of the Council Directive 2001/110/EC of December 2001 on honey; compliance with the provisions of the Directive 2014/63/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 that amends the Council Directive 2001/110/EC relating to honey.
