Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs (Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 11/2013).
Changes are related to the new references regarding the special food hygiene regulations; special regulations on the provision of information to consumers; definitions added related to the special regulations on infant formulas and breastfeeding formulas; HACCP provisions (article 7 of the original text) in relation with food entities and operators; and several changes to the Annexes.
The amended part of Annexes is also an integrated part of this publication.
