Regulation amending the Regulation on supervision over the development of forest economic bases.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on supervision over the development of forest economic bases (originally published in the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska 57/2011. Changes are regarding the contents of article 5 (supervision over the development of forest management bases which is here extended also to other authorized subjects), article 6 (obligations of supervisor entities), articles 12, 13 an 16 (reporting obligations during monitoring activities), and article 18 (cancelled references for paragraph 2 of article 5 in the original text).
