Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the application form for issuing a permit for the storage, treatment and disposal of waste. This kind of application necessary for obtaining the official authorization/permit for storage, treatment and disposal of waste on the territory of the Republika Srpska has to be submitted on the specific application form for “Issuing a Permit for the Storage, Treatment and Disposal of Waste” which is given in the Annex of this text.
