Regulation on the basic requirements of quality, packaging and labelling of agricultural seeds.

This Regulation defines the obligations, procedures and methods for seed sampling in order to determine the exact quality of agricultural seeds, further prescribing all necessary conditions and manner for packaging and labelling of seeds, including records and data collection/keeping for all finishers and importers of seeds, and the conditions of keeping and storage of seeds on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As this Regulation prescribes, the agricultural plants are generative parts of agricultural, medicinal and aromatic herbs, mushroom spawn, and vegetative plant parts (tubers, bulbs, seedlings, etc.) that are used as propagating material for sowing, planting and breeding with the goal of agricultural production.
