Abstract
This Regulation stipulate the duties and obligations of taxpayers regarding the payments of fees for amelioration drainage and irrigation on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Regulation also defines the methods for determining the actual fees for the use of water for amelioration drainage and irrigation, the amount of compensation (settlement), the method and terms of payment, supervision over the calculation and payment of fees, data collection and additional financial issues related to the payments in the disbursement of subsidies.
