Regulation on conditions and manner of use for funds deriving from exchange, lease and concession of agricultural land owned by the state.

This Regulation defines the conditions and manner for the correct and valuable use of funds deriving from exchange, lease and concession of agricultural land owned by the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The rules provided by this Regulation are further setting the starting price of agricultural land owned by the state in the tender for lease and rental, lease and fish farm concession, also laying down the conditions to be met by natural and legal entities for the realization of the rights to use the funds collected, including the concrete procedures, methods of payment, obligations that must be met, necessary documentation, as well as monitoring and control over the implementation of measures aimed for the mandatory protection and regulation of agricultural land (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
