Regulation on the conditions and manner of use of funds generated from the exchange, lease and concession of state-owned agricultural land.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner for the use of funds generated from exchange, lease and concession of state-owned agricultural land. This text also determines the starting price of agricultural state-owned land in a tender for long-term lease and lease, the initial amount of compensation for such tender for a long-term lease and concession for ponds; prescribes the conditions that must be met by physical and legal entities for the exercise of the right to use funds collected from the aforementioned fees; regulates the procedure, method of payment, obligations that the user must fulfill before and after receiving the funds; and defines the necessary documentation, as well as supervision and control over the effective implementation of measures for the protection and regulation of agricultural land.
