Regulation on the conditions and methods of cross-border trade in endangered species of wild animals and plants in the Federation of BiH.

This Regulation determines the procedure and conditions for issuing decisions or consents on the entry, export or import and entry from the sea, and re-export, of wild species and subspecies, their parts and derivatives, protected under the Law on nature protection, the content and method of submitting applications, general and special restrictions on import, the method of marking animals or shipments, the method of disposing of seized specimens, the bodies responsible for implementation and supervision, the method of conducting supervision, keeping records, preparing reports, and other conditions for cross-border trade in wild species/subspecies from the jurisdiction of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the aim of protecting species of wild fauna and flora and ensuring their preservation by regulating trade in that area.
