Regulation on the conditions for issuing permits for air quality monitoring.

This Regulation prescribes more detailed conditions for issuing permits for air quality monitoring and/or for measuring emissions from stationary sources of pollution, as well as conditions to be met by a legal entity that monitors the operation of automatic stations, collects and processes data obtained from air quality control in the local network. A permit for air quality monitoring and a permit for measuring emissions from stationary sources of pollution shall be issued if the conditions regarding registration for performing the specified tasks, personnel, equipment, premises, professional and technical qualifications according to the requirements of the BAS ISO/IEC 17025 standard thatg shall be met.
