Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions regarding facilities, equipment and professionals that must be met by companies and entrepreneurs engaged in the trade and application of particularly dangerous plant protection products. The wholesale trade of particularly dangerous plant protection products may be engaged in by a person referred to in article 1 of this Regulation who, in addition to the conditions for entry in the Register of Distributors and Importers, holds a decision approving the trade in particularly dangerous plant protection products. The request referred to in in this Regulation shall be submitted by a company or entrepreneur on Form 1, which is included in the Annex of this text.
