Regulation on the content and form of applications for registration of plant protection products.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on plant protection products (Republic of Srpska), provides for contents and determines the form of the application for registration of plant protection products, indicates the necessary conditions and required documentation for registration of plant protection products, including the composition and manner of work of the Commission for plant protection products, among the form and content of the decision on obtained registration of such plant protection products. Application for registration of plant protection products shall be submitted by the manufacturer or by authorized representative established on the national territory. The authorized representative shall submit an application for registration on behalf of the manufacturer if he has concluded a contract on commercial or legal representation.
