Regulation on the content, manner of keeping and layout of the register of issued waste management permits.

This Regulation prescribes the content, method of keeping and layout of the Register of issued waste management permits. All permits that are listed in article 2 shall be entered in this particular Register, which is maintained by the ministry responsible for environmental protection (permits for collection, transport, storage, treatment and disposal of waste and permits for cross-border movement of waste - import, export and transit of waste. The register of permits has to contain the data specified in point 2 of article 2. The register of issued permits for the collection, transport, storage, treatment and disposal of waste is kept on the Form contained in Annex 1; The register of issued permits for cross-border movement of waste (import, export and transit) is kept on the Form contained in Annex 2 of this text.
