Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Statute of the environmental protection fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines specific criteria and procedure for allocating intervention funds provided by the Fund for Environmental Protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. These criteria are necessary for approving related financial funds for financing interventions, as well as intervention programmes and projects for the purpose of repairing damages caused by natural disasters, environmental disasters on the territory of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the prevention of threatening hazards to human health and environment in general.
