Abstract
This Regulation determines the appointment of a person who can assess studies in expert committees and is responsible for the holding of applications and the selection of experts with the assessment of studies, the manner of work of the body or commission, the formation of the impact assessment body, the method of conducting of necessary studies, (except for projects that are regarding the hydropower). These assessment procedures may include issues regarding the industrial process technology, energy technology, mining technology, infrastructure projects, chemistry and/or industrial chemistry, analysis of the impact of industrial activity on water, analysis of the impact of industrial activity on air, analysis of the impact of industrial activity on soil, analysis of the impact on biodiversity and protection of natural areas and wastewater treatment.
