Abstract
This Regulation determines the contents of the falconry exam official programme. This text also defines the conditions and manner of taking such exam and sets out issues related to the prey birds game hunting methods. Specific conditions and detailed procedures for taking the falconry exam are laid down in Chapter II (articles 3-12). Issues regarding the rights of hunting wildlife with birds of prey are subject of the Chapter III (articles 13 and 14).
The Annex is part of this publication (containing the exam contents list; and samples of administrative forms for passed exam certification).
