Regulation on the form, content and manner for issuing location conditions.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on spatial planning and construction (Republika Srpska), determines the form, content and procedural manner for issuing location conditions. Necessary spatial planning documentation is also here indicated, among obligations in terms of environmental impact assessment (decision determining the obligation to conduct an environmental impact assessment-scope of the impact assessment), related technical conditions, data on land that shall be used and rules on expert opinion for issuance of location conditions.
