Regulation on the form of the document on the movement of hazardous waste and instructions for its completion.

This Regulation determines the necessary contents and provides for the form of the Waste Movement Document and also prescribes detailed instructions for its completion. The Waste Movement Document and the instructions for its completion are all given in the Annex 1 of this text. The Waste Movement Document form consists of four identical copies, of which the first copy is retained by the waste owner, the second copy by the waste carrier, the third copy by the waste recipient, and the fourth copy is returned by the waste recipient to the producer/owner no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the waste.
