Regulation on the form of game certificate of origin and on conditions for game preparation and keeping of trophies publicly displayed in facilities as well as on the use of game meat in catering facilities.

This Regulation provides for conditions under which game preparation can be performed (including parts of game for trophy purposes, stuffed game for public display). This text further sets pout rules regarding the use of game meat in catering facilities or establishments. Preparation of game and its parts implies dermo-plastic treatment to the entire surface of specimens of game or parts thereof, tanning and dressing of game fur and processing and assembly of game trophies. Game preparation can be done by natural and legal persons registered for performing this kind of activity. Game and parts of game intended for preparation must be accompanied by a certificate (accompanying note), and trophy list, issued by the user of hunting ground where that particular animal was shot. All legal and natural persons who place game meat on the market must provide documents as indicated in article 8. Catering and sales facilities that place game meat on the market are obliged to place a visible notice that informs on such issue.
