Regulation on general and special documentation submitted with the application for a permit for the import, export and transit of waste.

This Regulation prescribes the general and specific documentation to be submitted with the application for a permit for the import, export and transit of waste. The application for a permit for the import, export and transit of hazardous waste and the application for a permit for the import and export of non-hazardous waste, with general and specific documentation, in accordance with the law, shall be submitted by importers or exporters in the cross-border movement of waste to the ministry responsible for environmental protection. The general documentation, which is submitted with the application for a permit for the import and export of non-hazardous waste and with the application for a permit for the import, export and transit of hazardous waste, includes: 1) Notification of transboundary movement of waste, 2) Document on transboundary movement of waste.
