Regulation on the Information System for registration of waste management data.

This Regulation determines the content, method of data collection and management of the Information System for registration of waste management data, including issues regarding and defining the methodology, structure, data categories, as well as the method of specific data management. This Information System is part of a unified environmental protection information system and represents a series of interconnected databases and data sources on all types, quantities and categories of waste, as well as on entities and infrastructure of the waste management system in accordance with the Law. The Information System provides the prerequisites for better supervision of the implementation of environmental protection measures and activities and monitoring the achievement of sustainable development goals in the field of waste management.
