Regulation on the manner of control, amount and manner of payment of fees for performed mandatory controls of consignments of mineral fertilizers upon import into the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This Regulation determines the manner of control, the amount and the manner of payment of compensation for performed obligatory controls of consignments of mineral fertilizers imported into the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Tariffs are here meant for different types of inspection as follows: for wagon and truck shipments; for sea shipments; for bundle, air shipped and postal items. The importer or the authorized representative, in addition to other supporting documentation for control over such consignments of mineral fertilizers at border crossing, shall enclose the proof of payment of fees prescribed by this Regulation. Mandatory control of shipments of mineral fertilizers, when crossing the customs line can be performed only in working hours of the border station for plant protection and in daylight, and only exceptionally outside working hours and during nighttime at border crossings where all indicated and prescribed conditions are ensured.
