Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and marketing, distribution and import of propagating/planting material of ornamental plants on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Regulation will not apply to: the propagating/planting material that is intended for export, which is produced in accordance with the existing rules; the propagating/planting material that is not intended for ornamental purposes, if the marketing of such products is regulated by other Regulations.

Entry into force notes
