Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the method, procedure, frequency and methodology for measuring emissions of pollutants into the air and limit values for emissions of pollutants into the air from stationary sources of pollution, the criteria for establishing measurement points for emission measurement, the procedure for evaluating the results of emission measurements and compliance with the prescribed standards, the content of the report on the performed emission measurements and the emission balance, the method of submitting data on emissions for the needs of the information system and the deadlines for submitting data. These provisions shall not apply to emissions resulting from the thermal treatment of waste.
