Regulation on the method of sampling, classification and calculation of the price of milk.

This Regulation prescribes the method of sampling of raw milk at the time of purchase, aimed for determines the class and price of milk. The process of taking milk samples for testing the effective quality of milk is performed by qualified and authorized personnel (sampler), at the proposal of the food business operator (milk processor), in a certified-authorized laboratories for the performance of such tests. Sampling and sampling procedure must be harmonized with ISO standard BAS EN ISO 707:2010.
This text is aimed for classes of raw cow's milk, and classes of sheep's and goat's milk. The basic price of a liter of milk of satisfactory quality shall be contracted by the manufacturer and food business operators on the basis of monetary values of milk fat and protein units/contents.
