Regulation on the method of storage, packaging and marking of hazardous waste.

This Regulation determines the manner of storage, packaging and marking of hazardous waste. The storage of hazardous waste shall be organized in a manner that does not pose a risk to human health and the environment. The hazardous waste storage facility shall be constructed in accordance with technical requirements and standards, and in accordance with articles 3 and 4 of this text. Hazardous waste shall be stored in tanks, containers and other canisters within the storage facility. The qualified person responsible for professional work in hazardous waste management shall meet all requirements in accordance with the Law in order to be able to perform tasks related to the management of hazardous waste during its storage. Hazardous waste shall be stored in a manner that ensures easy and free access to the stored hazardous waste for the purpose of control, repackaging, measurement, sampling, transport, etc.
