Regulation on the methodology for collecting waste data and their recording.

This Regulation prescribes the methodology for collecting data on the composition and quantities of municipal waste on the territory of a local government unit, the methodology for collecting data on the types and quantities of waste, including secondary raw materials, that are placed on the market, daily record forms and annual waste report forms with instructions for completing the annual report (both given in the Annex of this text). Daily waste records shall be kept by: 1) waste producers, 2) the responsible person of the waste disposal facility, 3) the responsible person of the waste recovery facility, 4) waste exporters and 5) waste importers. These subjects shall, based on data from daily records, prepare an annual report on collected waste.
