Abstract
This Regulation determines and provides the methodology for monitoring over the conditions of agricultural land, including the rules for systemic soil quality monitoring programme. This text defines the necessary criteria and indicators for risk assessment in relation to land degradation and methods for making remediation programmes.
This particular methodology is prescribed for the purpose of: 1. permanent monitoring of the state of agriculture land which permanently monitors the state of all changes in agricultural land and soil (physical, chemical and biological), and especially regarding the content of harmful substances in agricultural land; 2. Monitoring the condition of the agricultural land used by natural or legal persons on the basis of a long-term land lease and concessions for fishponds.
