Abstract
This Regulation defines the ways and methods of tests and further determines the maximum allowed degree of contamination of waste waters, also prescribing the systematic monitoring and record keeping, analysis and measurements of the quantity of water abstracted, used and discharged as waste water, as well as the manner and rules defining the compensation issues.
