Abstract
This Regulation orders and empowers the Federal Ministry of agriculture, water management and forestry to directly perform activities within the competence of the cantonal ministry responsible for forestry for the area of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, as defined by the Regulation on the manner for converting forest land into construction land (published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 108/2012). Federal Ministry of agriculture, water management and forestry will directly carry out the work of issuing opinions and calculation of the fee for changing the purpose of forest land in construction land as regards the territory of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
