Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on spatial planning and construction (Republika Srpska), determines the content, manner and procedure of performing technical inspection and issuance of use permits for facilities, as well as the manner of observation and behavior of soil and facilities during related construction and use, technical and seismic monitoring of facilities, performing relevant regular and extraordinary specialist examinations on facilities and land or soil.
