Regulation on the procedure for allocating special hunting grounds for use.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary procedure for the allocation of hunting grounds with special purpose (or special hunting grounds). Allocation is here intended as for use of those hunting grounds.
Federal Ministry of agriculture, water management and forestry shall conduct the procedure for this kind of special hunting ground use allocation decisions. After the commission established by the Ministry, determines whether the user of state forests or the protected area manager is actually qualified and respects the rules for related allocation of a special hunting ground as prescribed by the Federal Hunting Law, the same commission compiles a report and submits it to the above mentioned Federal Ministry.
