Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and official requirements aimed to define the program and conditions of fishing examination (performed and defined also by Federal sports Fishing Association), the form and manner (issuance rules) of official certificates of the passed fishing exam and the form, content and manner for the data collection.
