Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary rules and concrete amounts and rates of special water fees/charges that are calculated and paid by legal and physical subjects also here defined.
Special water charges/fees are set out and classified in the following four main groups: fees for the abstraction of surface and groundwater; fees for electricity generated by hydropower; water protection fees; and fees for the extraction of materials from watercourses.
