Regulation on records of performed works and implemented measures envisaged by the hunting management plan and the annual hunting ground management plan.

This Regulation determines the manner for submission of reports on execution of annual plans for past hunting seasons and years, including the manner for keeping of records on such performed works and performed measures envisaged on the basis of hunting management and annual hunting ground management plans.
The user of the hunting ground has the duty to keep records of the executed works and implemented measures envisaged by adopted hunting management basis and annual plan for hunting ground management. The user of the sports-commercial and commercial hunting ground submits such report for the past hunting year to the competent cantonal ministry of hunting affairs. The user of what is defined as special hunting ground shall submit all related reports on execution of the annual plan for the previous hunting year directly to the Federal Ministry of agriculture, water management and forestry.
