Abstract
This Regulation defines the establishment of the Register of Facilities Containing Hazardous Substances, determines the content, method of keeping and deadlines for storing data, public access to data from the Register, and other obligations important for keeping of this Register in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (including the Register forms that are given in the Annex).
The purpose of the Register is to keep in one place data on all hazardous substances present in facilities of all legal entities referred to in article 2 of this text, and that this data can be used by all authorities and legal entities when they need data on hazardous substances to perform tasks within their scope of work, or jurisdiction.
