This Regulation prescribes the correct place and methods for safe keeping/storage, procedure and method for the destruction of seized narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and plants from which narcotic drugs and precursors can be obtained, on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
