Regulation on the scope of measures on the establishment and maintenance of forest order and manner for their implementation (Tuzla Canton).

This Regulation defines the rules aimed to regulate the concrete implementation measures for the forest order/plan and further establishing the maintenance rules for permanent forest order in all forests on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnian and Herzegovina).
As defined by this Regulation, the forest order means the implementation of measures aimed to prevent the occurrence of fire, harmful insects and plant diseases, the prevention of the harmful effects of wind, snow and other natural disasters, damage to trees during harvesting and exporting timber products, as well as measures established for the soil protection.
