Regulation setting measures for direct control of prices on the territory of the Republic of Srpska.

This Regulation establishes the conditions for prescribing direct price control measures on the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
In order to prevent market distortions and to eliminate the adverse effects of market distortions, in connection with the supply of goods resulting from the spread of corona virus (COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2), a measure of direct price control is here established (restriction on price margins for all participants in the supply chain of goods or products; 5 March 2020 is used as reference date).
Article 3 lists the products involved by these measures (such as milk, eggs, sugar, spices, rice, meat and meat products, fish and fish products, plant products and plant protection products, animal feed and several other, total 45).
Article 4 sets the inspection and supervision provisions; article 5 lists the penalty measures.
