Regulation supplementing the Regulation on the manner of monitoring on air quality, and defining the kinds of polluting materials, limit values and other air quality standards.

This Regulation amends certain contents of the Regulation on the manner of monitoring on air quality, and defining the kinds of polluting materials, limit values and other air quality standards (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 1/2012). Changes are regarding the added paragraph (3) to the provisions of article 21. This added paragraph declares that all information on the state of air quality and measured concentrations in standard measurement units ("micrograms", "milligrams", "ppm", "ppb") may also be presented via the Internet in real time, and if possible, the information can be given in a descriptive way in order to present the measurement results in a way that is understandable to the public. For this purpose, the Air Quality Index produced by the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute shall be used. Also the previous paragraph (3) shall now become paragraph (4).
