Regulation on the type of uniform, insignia, conditions for carrying weapons, type of weapon and size of the hunting guard region.

This Regulation here determines the actual physical appearance, type of uniform, insignia, conditions for carrying of related weapons, including issues and indications in types of such hunting weapons. This text further provides for provisions regarding the size of hunting ground subject to hunting guard operations. The effective size of gamekeeping area depends on the type of hunting ground and the scope of economic measures which must be achieved in accordance with the provisions of approved hunting management plan and annual management programmes. The area of hunting guard region can have an extension of a minimum of 1,000 hectares, up to a maximum 10,000 hectares.
