Regulation on unique administrative forms, manner and content of hunting permits and hunting tickets.

This Regulation determines and provides forms and sets the necessary contents of forms for obtaining hunting license and hunting cards. This text also provides for contents and determines the appearance of hunting permits and hunting cards, that shall be issued by recognized hunting ground user (see Annex of this publication). The hunting ground user may issue a hunting permit and a hunting ticket, after obtaining approval for the annual hunting ground management plan. Exceptionally, a hunting permit and hunting card can be issued after obtaining the consent of the competent ministries on an interim hunting ground plan. A hunting permit may be issued to domestic and foreign hunters who has passed the hunting exam and are in possession of a valid permit for holding hunting weapons.
