Strategy for fight against corruption 2018–2019 (Brčko District).

This publication contains the full text of the Brcko District Strategy for fight against corruption 2018–2019. The Strategy intends to create a general framework for a resolute and comprehensive fight against corruption, which implies the determination of priority areas for action, but also certain starting commitments and ways of acting together. Based on that, the general goal of the Strategy is to establish priorities in the Brčko District of BiH in terms of preventing corruption and fighting corruption, principles and mechanisms of joint action of all implementing entities, and to create, that is, to improve the preconditions for reducing the real and perceived level of corruption and affirm positive social values such as integrity, accountability and transparency. The following strategic goals should be achieved by implementing this Strategy: 1. Prevention of corruption; 2. Anti-corruption; 3. Developing awareness of the harmfulness of corruption and cooperation with civil society; 4. Coordination, monitoring and evaluation of anti-corruption activities.
